Delivery Information.
• We despatch items ordered by you, as they are available using the method of delivery suitable for the products chosen. Large orders or those containing hazardous products will only be shipped via courier.
• Please be aware that principalityfx.com will only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and will only accept orders from customers with a UK billing address. Overseas orders must be placed via telephone, fax or email direct with Principality FX.
• We will endeavour to deliver your products in 2-5 days depending on method used. However, we will not accept any liability for late deliveries that are due to circumstances outside our control.
• On occasion items may be lost in transit. If items have not been received in a reasonable time please contact us and we will process your claim and pending our investigation, we may send out a replacement item.
Delivery Prices:
A charge of £4.95 is made for shipping goods within the UK.

Cancellation of orders.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. In the unlikely circumstance that a dispatched order needs to be cancelled you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The goods must be returned to us at your own expense and received back at our office, undamaged before a refund for the goods will be given. No refunds will be given for delivery or postage costs. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any custom made products or special order products.
Returns Policy.
Goods can only be returned if they are damaged on arrival. All damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving them.
